Santa Ana is a family home built in 1995 by its owner and architect, featuring an atypical construction for the area

Its name is derived from a very special place where the owners wedding took place, the Santa Ana chapel.

This house provided accommodation for the family, who originally came from Las Arenas (Getxo), for twenty-five years.

In 2022, the architect's daughter decided to make use of the spacious dimensions of the house, its green areas, and the unique surroundings to offer accommodation and create lasting memories for adventurers

Thus giving birth to 'EL TEJADO DE SANTA ANA.

We welcome you to this family villa where you can enjoy a unique atmosphere and surroundings.

  The best stay during our holiday in Bizkaia! It feels like to be home.🤍
Cristina is kind, discreet and very helpful. After our arrival we've got the most important informations about the area, maps and some good recommendations.🗺📍
The rooms are cozy and super clean. You have free access to the kitchen too and the common area is inviting to relax or play chess..
My friend was remembering the breakfast buffet and our slow mornings in the garden even 3 days after. 😆
The house stands in the beautiful basque countryside just 20 minutes by car to Bilbao, 14 minutes to Gatxo or Sopelana 🌊🏄🏼‍♀️.

I want definitely come back.

  De casa de lujo a hotel.
Fantástica ubicación frente al mar, toda la tranquilidad que se pueda desear.  Muy buen comunicado con Bilbao, tiene el metro cerca, olvida el coche.
Playas preciosas muy próximas.
Si no te gusta el trato impersonal de un hotel, este es el alojamiento perfecto.

  Excelente rincón. Cerca del bullicio urbano, pero magnificamente camuflado en la campiña vizcaina plácida y silenciosa. Ideal para disfrutar de las variadas playas de Sopelana o Plencia, pero tambien para acercarse a Bilbao en la comodidad del metro (parada muy cerca). Incluso para viajes de trabajo a Bilbao es ideal: concentración y relajación.
Su propietaria y anfitriona, Cristina, merece un relato a parte: profesional y cercana.

  Als je in de buurt van Bilbao bent, doe jezelf een plezier en verblijf hier! Schitterende plek, geweldig huis en top service. Metrostation (stuk vriendelijker en veiliger dan in Rotterdam bv) is in de buurt en brengt je voor 2,50 heen en weer naar het centrum van Bilbao. Dus met de auto naar Bilbao hoeft niet.   Amazing house, fantastic breakfast, Cristina is very kind and helpfull person. She just likes what she does. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, neighbourhood very calm. Perfect localization , between San Sebastian and Santander, Bilbao very close. Amazing view from windows . Everything as a high level. You can make a grill on the terrace and enjoy nature.
